Patient Account Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from patients regarding hospital or physician billing.

• Reach out to patients concerning registration, billing, and collections.

• Record payments, adjustments, and denials in patient accounts.

• Clarify any questions related to patient accounts.

• Improve the patient experience at ProMedica.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections.

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; employment is not available to residents of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, or U.S. territories.
