This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments to ensure optimal utilization of clinical resources and patient time.
• Precisely collect demographic and insurance details to facilitate a smooth checkout and billing process.
• Address scheduling challenges and offer clear, compassionate guidance to patients regarding pre-service necessities.
• Assist with the insurance authorization procedure to ensure patients receive timely care.
• High School diploma or equivalent OR a minimum of 1 year of relevant job-specific experience is required.
• Relevant professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience, if applicable.
• Previous experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in scheduling patient appointments through phone and chat communication.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls within a healthcare environment.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with Athena, Epic, Dash, Genesys, or Salesforce is preferred.
