Patent Counsel – M/W/D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of IP strategies for leading tech startups.

• Collaboration with startup founders, product managers, and engineers to protect their key innovations.

• Management of the IP portfolio for startups.

• Coordination with external attorneys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully qualified patent attorney (USA, EPO, and/or Germany).

• Significant experience in semiconductors, physics, and electronics.

• Professional proficiency in German and English.

• Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Practical, proactive, and able to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.

• Uncompromising attention to detail without losing sight of overarching business objectives.

• Strong communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
