Parts Order Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Determine the appropriate parts needed for appliance repairs.

• Investigate and find precise part numbers based on appliance and repair details.

• Source parts through suitable vendors and suppliers.

• Execute and oversee daily parts orders utilizing purchase order (PO) numbers.

• Confirm part numbers, availability, pricing, and order specifics prior to purchasing.

• Monitor orders and keep precise records of parts and purchasing activities.

• Engage with vendors and collaborate with internal team members.

• Maintain orderly records within systems and databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience working with parts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of parts identification, sourcing, and ordering procedures.

• Experience in researching and locating part numbers.

• Background in creating and managing purchase orders (POs).

• Comfortable interacting with vendors, navigating supplier websites, and using parts ordering systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and capability to ensure ordering precision.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Experience with a U.S.-based appliance repair or home services company is highly preferred.
