This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the strategy, business plan, value proposition, pricing strategy, and operational framework for a scalable and profitable national Parts business.
• Manage the P&L, budgets, forecasts, investments, and performance metrics concerning revenue, gross margin, operating income, inventory, and working capital objectives.
• Develop national sales capabilities and foster executive relationships with data center owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and other mission-critical clients.
• Implement account planning, pipeline management, retention strategies, and practices for strategic accounts to increase share of wallet and recurring parts revenue.
• Design and oversee the national operating model, which includes order processing, warehousing, centralized distribution, fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
• Establish a robust logistics network with standards for fill rate, accuracy, response time, communication, and timely delivery.
• Formulate sourcing and supplier strategies; cultivate relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and vendors; and negotiate commercial and service agreements.
• Define product assortment, critical spare parts, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management controls.
• Structure the organization and recruit, mentor, and lead teams across sales, customer support, procurement, inventory, operations, distribution, and logistics.
• Establish clear roles, decision-making rights, performance expectations, and foster a culture of ownership, urgency, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with AGIL Equipment Sales and Service, Meriton operating companies, finance, technology, and enterprise leaders to deliver cohesive national solutions.
• Set service standards focused on technical expertise, proactive communication, reliable execution, and swift issue resolution.
• Shape AGIL’s Parts strategy, build the organization, and create a distinctive national operating model from inception.
• Extensive leadership experience in HVAC parts, industrial distribution, mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, or a similar technical distribution sector.
• Proven track record in building, launching, scaling, or transforming a multifunctional parts or distribution operation.
• Strong P&L management skills and comprehensive knowledge of sales, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop leaders, implement processes, and foster accountability across various markets or operating companies.
• Experience in establishing relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, vendors, contractors, and complex national customers.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel nationally as necessary.

• Salary ranges are contingent upon qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
