This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and enhance the operations of our Partnerships systems and pipeline.
• Revitalize our CRM system while ensuring data integrity, tracking of opportunities and tasks, and maintaining dashboards and reporting to provide the team with clear insights into priorities, risks, next steps, and revenue predictions.
• Develop AI-driven automation to streamline growth and fundraising workflows.
• Create effective automations to assist in funder research, opportunity notifications, donor investigations, meeting preparation, proposal content creation, follow-up tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities.
• Keep an eye on the market for pertinent grants, RFPs, funder calls, innovation contests, and strategic partnership prospects, using defined criteria to assess fit, competitiveness, revenue potential, impact, and the internal effort required.
• Assist in grant applications and proposal development.
• Manage timelines, gather internal inputs, perform compliance checks, and prepare supporting materials for proposals and funder submissions; draft or refine selected sections as necessary.
• Enhance intelligence on the market, funders, and partners.
• Generate concise research outputs, including funder briefs, opportunity summaries, country or sector snapshots, partner maps, and go/no-go recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Proven experience in sales operations, growth operations, fundraising operations, and business development operations, preferably in mission-driven, technology, global health, or international development settings.
• Strong competencies in systems and processes, including managing CRMs, pipelines, dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, or workflow tools.
• Proficient in utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance team productivity, minimize manual tasks, and establish scalable processes.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and synthesis abilities, with a talent for transforming complex market or funder information into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written communication and project coordination capabilities, with the ability to support proposals, produce presentations, funder briefs, internal decision documents, and meet cross-team deadlines.
