
Partnerships Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and enhance the operations and systems related to Partnerships.
• Redesign our CRM platform while ensuring data cleanliness, tracking of the pipeline, opportunities, tasks, dashboards, and reporting, providing the team with clear visibility on priorities, risks, next steps, and revenue projections.
• Develop AI-powered automation for workflows related to growth and fundraising.
• Create effective automations to facilitate funder research, opportunity notifications, donor investigations, meeting preparations, proposal content creation, follow-up tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Identify and assess new opportunities.
• Keep track of the market for pertinent grants, RFPs, funder calls, innovation challenges, and strategic partnership prospects, utilizing clear criteria to evaluate fit, competitiveness, revenue potential, impact, and internal effort necessary.
• Assist in the development of grant applications and proposals.
• Organize timelines, gather internal inputs, ensure compliance checks, and prepare materials for proposals and funder submissions; draft or refine specific sections as required.
• Enhance intelligence related to the market, funders, and partners.
• Generate concise research outputs such as funder briefs, opportunity summaries, country or sector snapshots, partner maps, and go/no-go recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Proven experience in sales operations, growth operations, fundraising operations, or business development operations, preferably within a mission-driven, technology, global health, or international development environment.
• Strong skills in systems and processes, including experience with managing CRMs, pipelines, dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, or workflow tools.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance team efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and establish scalable processes.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and synthesis abilities, with a talent for transforming complex market or funder information into clear recommendations.
• Strong written communication and project coordination capabilities, including the ability to support proposals and produce presentations, funder briefs, internal decision documents, and manage cross-team deadlines.
