This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement recurring campaigns in collaboration with B2B partners, encompassing briefing, strategic support, channel structuring, and tracking success metrics for initiatives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of partner launches, managing playbooks, timelines, campaign calendars, and delivery milestones from an end-to-end perspective.
• Serve as the primary contact for SMB partners, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with key strategic partners.
• Create and monitor dashboards and performance reports (including growth, engagement, and conversion metrics), transforming data into actionable strategic decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Branding) to ensure consistency and alignment in partner activities.
• Document processes to enhance project visibility and delivery timelines by utilizing project management tools.
• Contribute to and generate business opportunities by providing market intelligence and benchmarking, actively enhancing engagement through partners, ensuring ongoing recurrence and continuous improvement of initiatives.
• Prior experience in B2B Marketing, partnerships, channel programs, growth, or digital marketing focused on partners or corporate clients.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (such as HubSpot, RD Station, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalents).
• Capability to independently manage project timelines and partner launch schedules with excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Experience in B2B growth and/or channel expansion with a regional growth mindset is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with LATAM operations or internationalization projects, particularly in managing time zones and understanding Hispanic culture, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Telecom sector or businesses with a strong commercial interface and partner ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or Appsflyer is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and/or English is considered a plus for engaging with partners in other regions and is highly desirable.
