This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the partner portfolio's performance, which includes sourcing, onboarding, and driving continuous revenue contributions. Identify and foster relationships with high-potential partners across various channels.
• Negotiate commercial terms and establish effective collaboration models.
• Create and manage a network of reseller partners, ensuring they are adequately onboarded, equipped, and actively engaged in sales.
• Develop and sustain partner enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch decks, and pricing guides.
• Monitor the partner pipeline and revenue performance, proactively addressing any gaps.
• Cultivate relationships with technology and integration partners, identifying co-marketing and distribution opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Recruit and oversee affiliates, influencers, and creators, focusing on high-quality partnerships.
• Initiate and expand co-marketing efforts, including content collaborations, webinars, and campaigns.
• Drive partner activation from onboarding through to first and repeat revenue.
• Ensure partners are actively promoting and selling by providing them with straightforward and actionable resources.
• Make data-informed decisions, including deprioritizing or exiting underperforming partnerships.
• Track and optimize key KPIs, such as revenue, time to first revenue, active partner rate, and revenue per partner.
• 4–8 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partner marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a related sector.
• Hands-on experience managing at least two of the following: reseller partnerships, affiliates/influencers/creators, or technology/integration partners.
• A proven history of generating measurable revenue through partnerships.
• Strong commercial insight and confidence in negotiating partnership terms and structuring mutually beneficial deals.
• Ability to cultivate relationships from the ground up across various partner types.
• A data-driven mindset for tracking performance, optimizing outcomes, and making informed decisions.
• Solid project management abilities with a proven track record of executing cross-functional initiatives.
• An outcome-focused mindset, prioritizing revenue and partner productivity over mere activity or volume.
• Confidence to make difficult choices, including deprioritizing or exiting underperforming partnerships.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
