Partnerships Manager, Medical Doctor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a deep understanding of medical students and physicians in Türkiye while aiming to enhance AMBOSS’s visibility within Turkish medical institutions.

• Establish robust connections with medical universities throughout Türkiye and spearhead conference presentations, webinars, and face-to-face meetings in the area.

• Oversee our AMBOSSadors and primary student contacts at the universities, collaborating with influential opinion leaders, student organizations, and medical societies.

• Develop and execute strategic outbound marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Track country-specific performance indicators across all channels and organize quarterly evaluations.

• If applicable, create and oversee content material to customize our approach to the market (e.g., country-specific study guides and plans).

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid medical degree in Türkiye.

• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.

• Previous experience in communication, project management, or engagement with student or physician organizations.

• Willingness to travel (40%) and attend conferences with a high degree of independence.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and establish structure.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Previous professional or academic experience in technology, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
