• Formulation and execution of our partnership strategy for Germany through a prioritized plan.
• Identification of key partner groups within the legal ecosystem, such as IT service providers, associations, multipliers, and relevant events.
• Development of specific go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pilot projects, and collaborative models for effective partnerships that generate real market and revenue impact.
• Conducting market and partner mapping within the German legal landscape.
• Establishing and prioritizing a pipeline of potential partners.
• Creation of cooperation and incentive models.
• Proactive outreach, relationship development, and negotiation.
• Launching pilot partnerships and conducting GTM test runs.
• Defining a scalable operating model for partnerships.
• Managing CRM, tracking performance, and establishing feedback loops.
• Developing local referral networks.
• Collaborating closely with sales, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Several years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel development, or challenging B2B sales environments.
• Proven experience in establishing new partner channels or programs.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market and revenue potential.
• Proficiency in navigating complex negotiations and structuring deals.
• Ability to think strategically while driving operational topics.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
• High degree of personal responsibility and execution capability.
