This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with a specific roster of LATAM partners, including acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring partners remain engaged, equipped, and thriving within the Yuno ecosystem.
• Track partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
• Identify and seek new partnership opportunities that align with Yuno's product and commercial strategy.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
• Lead joint go-to-market efforts, co-marketing initiatives, and referral programs with strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to advocate for partner needs and prioritize integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to utilize the partner network for merchant acquisition and retention.
• Provide insights on market dynamics, partner capabilities, and payment trends in LATAM.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, managing both technical and commercial tasks.
• Create and sustain partner enablement materials, playbooks, and training resources.
• Organize QBRs, partner summits, and joint planning sessions to align on priorities and future pipeline.
• 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of managing partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers.
• Experience in or with LATAM markets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple partner relationships concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on partnership KPIs.
• Comfortable working across functions with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Located in Colombia or Mexico (strongly preferred); remote within LATAM may be considered for outstanding candidates.
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker; professional proficiency in English is required.
• Portuguese proficiency is advantageous for candidates supporting Brazil-facing partnerships.
