This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, research, and create outbound lead lists while managing inbound leads effectively.
• Ensure prompt follow-up, thorough qualification, and maintain cleanliness in CRM records.
• Sustain a steady flow of new partnership opportunities.
• Support and facilitate partner discussions from introduction to closure, including discovery, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, and negotiation.
• Develop polished, data-driven partnership presentations and deliver them with confidence.
• Construct and manage Google Sheets-based trackers, reports, and analyses for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
• Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition tailored to various partner types.
• Assist in creating a repeatable partnerships playbook across diverse partner segments.
• Ensure accurate tracking of deals, including stages, close dates, next steps, notes, and forecasts.
• Design lightweight processes and templates to enhance the scalability of the partnerships function.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Science teams to guarantee smooth post-close transitions.
• Relay partner feedback internally and advocate for enhancements that promote conversion and retention.
• Consistently generate qualified partner meetings on a weekly basis.
• Expand pipeline coverage and enhance conversion rates throughout various stages.
• Shorten deal cycles through effective follow-up, structured processes, and coordination.
• 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, sales, or strategic growth roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source leads, execute outbound initiatives, and advance deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to external partners.
• Highly organized with a strong capacity for follow-through; able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and acting swiftly in a startup environment.
• Nice to Have: Experience in healthtech, healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or wellness industries.
• Familiarity with performance reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience in developing outbound sequences and sales enablement materials.
• Previous experience in a startup or ability to take on various roles as needed.
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity software (Google Suite, Notion, Slack, etc.).
