This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with a designated portfolio of LATAM partners, including acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring partners remain engaged, empowered, and thriving within the Yuno ecosystem.
• Track partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively resolve any issues.
• Identify and seek out new partnership opportunities that align with Yuno's product and commercial objectives.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
• Lead joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and referral programs with key partners.
• Contribute to Yuno's sales pipeline by generating leads from partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to advocate for partner needs and prioritize integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to utilize the partner network for merchant acquisition and retention.
• Provide insights into market trends, competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and LATAM payment developments.
• Participate in industry events to enhance Yuno's brand presence and connect with the payments ecosystem.
• Oversee the onboarding of new partners by coordinating both technical and commercial workflows.
• Create and maintain partner enablement resources, playbooks, and training materials.
• Organize quarterly business reviews, partner summits, and joint planning sessions to align on goals and pipeline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Established track record of managing partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers.
• Experience in or familiarity with the Brazilian market is essential.
• Strong understanding of the payments value chain, encompassing acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to juggle multiple partner relationships in a dynamic environment.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to track and report on partnership KPIs.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Must be based in Brazil (Sao Paulo is preferred).
• Native or fluent in Portuguese; professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Spanish language skills are an advantage for candidates managing LATAM-facing partnerships.
