This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Develop new and cross-sell opportunities through technology and agency partnerships.
• Manage partner relationships comprehensively: from outreach to relationship building, referrals, and closing deals.
• Actively cultivate existing partnerships to enhance both the volume and quality of referrals.
• Effectively communicate YOCTO’s value proposition so that partners understand when and whom to refer.
• Identify and onboard new tech and agency partners that align well with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Establish a diverse partner network that grows and strengthens over time.
• Evaluate partners based on genuine revenue potential rather than just their brand names.
• Strive to incorporate multiple high-quality partners each quarter.
• Implement impactful co-marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars, case studies, email collaborations, content partnerships, and events.
• Transform partnerships into consistent distribution channels and demand generation opportunities.
• Represent YOCTO at pertinent industry events, meetups, and partner engagement activities.
• Monitor partner performance, referrals, pipeline, and results on a weekly basis.
• Oversee and enhance partner processes and workflows continuously.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline through partnerships, ecosystems, or alliances.
• Strong commercial acumen and a sense of ownership regarding revenue generation.
• Ability to quickly establish trust and maintain consistent follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional context.
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Experience in SaaS, agency, ecommerce, or related ecosystems.
• Existing connections within the DTC, SaaS, or agency sectors (NICE TO HAVE).
• Familiarity with running co-marketing or referral initiatives (NICE TO HAVE).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline tracking (NICE TO HAVE).
• Experience collaborating closely with founders or executives (NICE TO HAVE).
• 22 days of paid annual leave (21 days plus 1 birthday day), with clear expectations for being fully offline during this time.
