This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate, oversee, and enhance strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth, bolster Scorpion's standing in the home services sector, and deliver value for our partners and their clientele.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to pinpoint, assess, and implement partnership opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, consultants, industry associations, and other entities serving home services businesses.
• Represent the Scorpion brand, cultivate trustworthy relationships, and ensure that partners receive an outstanding experience throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Assess partnership prospects and aid in the formulation of business cases, partnership strategies, and scopes of work.
• Create and manage project plans to guarantee the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Develop and sustain reliable relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact and advocate.
• Work in conjunction with Corporate Marketing to produce partner enablement materials, co-marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and additional partnership assets.
• Educate and assist Sales and Account Management teams to optimize the benefits of partner relationships, referrals, and joint initiatives.
• Establish and uphold reporting processes to monitor partner performance, engagement, referrals, and revenue impact.
• Keep updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and opportunities within the home services ecosystem.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of Scorpion's products, services, and partnership offerings.
• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and support the growth and development of colleagues across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B large account or partner management.
• More than 3 years of experience in partnership development.
• Proven experience in managing referral, affiliate, channel, product, or strategic partnerships and achieving measurable business results.
• Experience in the home services industry is preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize performance data and insights to guide partnership strategy and decision-making.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and project management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement business initiatives.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing goals and business objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM software and partnership management tools.
• Experience in creating and executing partnership marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of legal considerations related to partnership agreements.
