📋 Description

• In the role of **Partnerships Manager** at SafetyWing, you will play a key part in expanding SafetyWing’s ambassador and creator partnerships program for Nomad Insurance Complete, which is one of our primary acquisition channels.

• You will discover and provide support to our network of ambassadors with dedication and personalized attention as we grow the program.

• Our partnerships with affiliates and content creators have significantly contributed to the remarkable growth of SafetyWing since the Nomad Insurance product was launched in 2019.

• The influencer program (the ambassador program) was developed internally and crafted to align with our distinctive principles of authenticity and simplicity. Consequently, it has evolved into the most strategic growth channel for Nomad Insurance, representing over 35% of sales.

• **💻 Your responsibilities will include:**

• - Identifying and cultivating new ambassadors and partners who align well with our Nomad Insurance Complete ambassador program.

• - Engaging in thoughtful and genuine outbound partnership sourcing to establish new ambassador relationships.

• - Leading one-on-one calls to present, onboard, and negotiate sponsorships or partnership terms with new ambassadors.

• - Assisting ambassadors during their initial activation and ensuring they effectively promote Nomad Insurance Complete.

• - Overseeing ambassador partnerships, which includes managing budgets, timelines, and executing campaigns.

• - Tracking performance across outreach initiatives and ambassador portfolios to identify what is effective and where improvements can be made.

• - Investigating and experimenting with innovative strategies to enhance the acquisition and growth of high-quality ambassadors.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Possesses experience in building or managing partnerships, affiliate, or ambassador programs.

• - Holds hands-on experience with ambassador, affiliate, or influencer-led growth.

• - Has experience working independently and understands the nuances of remote work.

• - Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• - Has a solid understanding of influencer marketing, blogging, and SEO.

• - Displays a “go-getter attitude”: an entrepreneurial mindset that creatively addresses challenges while working independently.

• - Extra points if you are comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
