This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and cultivate new partnerships throughout the EMEA region, with a specific emphasis on the DACH area, aligning with Safeguard Global's strategic growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including HR Tech platforms, consultants, payroll providers, and private equity networks.
• Oversee the complete partnership lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, negotiation, activation, enablement, and performance optimization.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure that partner programs provide mutual benefits.
• Adapt partnership strategies for crucial EMEA markets, taking into account regional buyer behaviors and business dynamics.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance metrics, identifying insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive movements to uncover new partnership opportunities and areas for differentiation.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and an exceptional partner experience.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the DACH region and Southern Europe.
• Experience in one of the following sectors is advantageous: HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, payroll, or global services environments.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills across diverse markets and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Must be adaptable and willing to travel regularly, particularly within the DACH region and the UK.
• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented international setting.
• Proficient in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, etc.) is a significant advantage.
