This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Identify and cultivate new partnerships throughout EMEA, with a specific emphasis on the DACH region that aligns with Safeguard Global’s strategic growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with essential partners, ranging from HR Tech platforms and consultants to payroll providers and private equity networks.
• Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to activation, enablement, and performance enhancement.
• Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure that partner programs provide mutual benefits.
• Tailor partnership strategies for key EMEA markets, adjusting to regional buyer behaviors and business dynamics.
• Track and evaluate partner performance metrics, extracting insights to refine strategy and optimize ROI.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to uncover new partnership opportunities and areas for differentiation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and an exceptional partner experience.
• Proven experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the DACH region and Southern Europe.
• Background in one of the following fields would be beneficial – HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, payroll, or global services environment.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and communication across various markets and cultures.
• Analytical thinker with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Must be adaptable and willing to travel regularly, especially within the DACH region and the UK.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable functioning in a dynamic, growth-focused international environment.
• Proficient in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, etc.) is a significant advantage.
