This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify and qualify RevOps consultants, CRM integrators, and IT service companies that support mid-market Sales teams. Focus on depth rather than breadth.
• Facilitate the onboarding, certification, and provision of essential tools, training, and co-selling support to partners, empowering them to close effectively.
• Manage the pipeline, monitor ARR with accurate attribution, and advocate for growth within partner accounts.
• Create documentation on successful strategies. Contribute insights back into the program, pricing, and product roadmap.
• You will report to the VP of Partnerships and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams. You are not a solitary contributor; rather, you are the key individual who shapes how this initiative operates within your territory.
• A minimum of 3 years in Channel, Partnerships, or SaaS Sales with a proven track record of generating pipeline from the ground up, rather than simply managing pre-existing accounts.
• Experience in recruiting and activating partners. You understand the distinction between a signed NDA and a truly productive partnership.
• Strong instinct for enablement: you can create pitch decks, conduct training sessions, and draft co-selling guides independently.
• Outbound-oriented: proficient at prospecting RevOps/CRM integrator firms without any inbound assistance from Day 1.
• Proficient in CRM and data-driven: you monitor attribution, partner pipeline, and net revenue retention. You provide insights rather than mere status reports.
• Native or near-native English proficiency, as you will be building relationships in the US and UK. Proficiency in French is a plus due to our geographical diversity.
• Additional preferred qualifications include:
• - Experience in SalesTech, RevOps, or CRM ecosystems.
• - Previous work with or sales to RevOps consultants, CRM integrators, or IT service companies.
• - Experience in building a partner program (even partially) and the ability to showcase the before and after.
• - Familiarity with Partnerstack or similar Partner Relationship Management tools.
• - Experience across multiple geographies: we are operational in the US, UK, France, DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics from Day 1.
• Ownership: you will create the US/UK playbook from the ground up, without any inherited processes to maintain, working with two complementary products.
• Growth potential: as the first hire in this role, your success will allow you to advance alongside the company.
• Opportunity: you will join at a pivotal moment, as we are just beginning to develop our Partnerships team.
