This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of the partnership and sales process, including outreach and social selling initiatives.
• Perform market analysis to pinpoint key targets and assess the needs of Creators.
• Become proficient in the GigaStar methodology and framework.
• Identify, prospect, and establish connections with YouTube Creators in designated categories.
• Actively pursue new partnership opportunities through various channels, including email, text, cold calling, networking, and social media, while maintaining diligent follow-up.
• Arrange video meetings with potential Creators to comprehend their objectives and effectively communicate GigaStar’s advantages, model, and processes.
• Articulate complex concepts in a persuasive manner that clearly communicates the value proposition.
• Manage a portfolio of business through existing relationships and incoming leads.
• Tailor sales conversations to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
• Represent GigaStar at annual in-person conferences and events focused on Creators.
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing deals while providing a premium service experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance outcomes and integrate customer feedback into the product development.
• Proactively propose ideas to refine the pitching and onboarding processes.
• Document customer details and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Fluency in English is required.
• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in a relevant Sales and/or Partnership capacity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of social selling, content creation, video production, social media, and influencers.
• Strong network of connections with YouTube Creators and influencer agencies.
• Experience in YouTube-related sales, influencer marketing, advertising sales, or working with a YouTube MCN agency.
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with Google applications, Microsoft Office, Slack, or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all communications and record-keeping.
• Self-driven problem-solver with a focus on achieving results.
• Capable of presenting products and services through online and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to craft and deliver engaging brand narratives.
