This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing new OEM partnerships from initial discussions to signed contracts.
• Enhance and maintain relationships with existing OEM partners, ensuring they recognize the value of collaborating with Enode.
• Discover and market new products to OEMs, creating additional revenue opportunities.
• Create and refine the partnerships playbook, including the reengineering of processes utilizing AI.
• Act as a representative for Enode at industry events, conferences, and panels.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to fulfill partner commitments and enhance our platform.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably within B2B software or the energy sector.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent negotiation and diplomatic capabilities.
• Proficient in navigating technical, commercial, and legal discussions with various stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic about the chance to identify and address partner needs, facilitating value realization and high-quality integrations for both the partner and Enode.
• Driven, ambitious, and passionate about contributing to a globally significant climate tech enterprise.
• Willingness to engage hands-on, ideally with experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
