This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of global strategic partnership strategies, focusing on identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with key referral and integration partners to foster mutual growth and success.

• Spearhead partnership projects that directly impact CoVet's expansion, utilizing co-marketing and joint sales/enterprise initiatives.

• Assess integration priorities based on internal demand and strategic objectives, taking ownership of the sourcing process for new Enterprise-grade integration partners to enhance our capabilities.

• Create and implement thorough onboarding and training programs for new partners to ensure they are adequately prepared to advocate for and utilize the CoVet platform.

• Collaborate extensively with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enterprise Account Management, to align partner initiatives with the company’s overarching business goals and guarantee seamless integrations that fulfill technical specifications.

• Consistently evaluate partner performance metrics using our CRM (HubSpot) to track contributions and engagement levels. You will compile and present performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the veterinary industry.

• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining robust relationships with partners, showcasing exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate partner onboarding programs and co-marketing efforts, with an emphasis on execution and results.

• Proficient in monitoring and analyzing partner performance data to deliver actionable insights and refine partnership strategies.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth partner enablement and support.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment, displaying high levels of motivation, independence, and teamwork.

• Proficiency in English is required, with fluency in French and/or German being a valuable asset. Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage.
