This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and recruit new partners within the e-commerce ecosystem that align with Clearco’s growth objectives.
• Conduct partner discovery, qualification, and prioritization through both inbound and outbound channels.
• Negotiate partner agreements, commercial terms, incentives, and joint commitments for go-to-market strategies.
• Onboard and operationalize each partnership with structured processes and clearly defined launch plans.
• Manage partner relationships and conduct regular performance reviews focused on targets, impact, and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement partner plans that generate measurable pipeline and revenue contributions.
• Facilitate smooth lead routing and feedback mechanisms with the Account Executive team to ensure effective post-handoff follow-through.
• Define and monitor partner KPIs, including pipeline, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Maintain data integrity and pipeline forecasting within Salesforce.
• Perform ROI analysis on partner initiatives to enhance performance and incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to establish repeatable, seamless partner workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, channel alliances, or strategic business development in the e-commerce or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, closing, and managing partnerships from start to finish.
• Strong, intentional communication skills with experience in managing remote workflows transparently.
• Analytical mindset with experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, preferring small-team settings where you can independently manage your output.
