This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and manage B2B relationships with companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and related sectors.
• Identify and create new business opportunities, primarily focusing on internships for students and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with companies, including large deals.
• Support the retention of collaborating companies.
• Collaborate on sending and matching student profiles with companies (in coordination with the team).
• Participate in the design and execution of events with companies and securing sponsorships.
• Keep the pipeline of opportunities active and organized.
• Hold a University Degree.
• Have experience in B2B, partnerships, or business development (minimum of 1 year in closing and retaining agreements).
• Have worked on securing internship offers or partnerships with companies, and feel comfortable understanding corporate needs and matching them with talent profiles.
• Possess knowledge or contacts in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector (highly valued).
• Have an English level of B2.
• Be available to visit companies and attend events when necessary.
• Permanent contract from day one.
