Partnerships Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and oversee strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, professional services firms, and ecosystem partners (such as SAP, Google Cloud, SWA, Workday, and system integrators).

• Develop and implement partnership strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, broadening market reach, and strengthening ProFinda’s presence in the workforce optimization sector.

• Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, roadmaps, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.

• Collaborate across various functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize the value derived from each partnership.

• Negotiate and manage partner agreements to ensure mutually advantageous terms and clear performance expectations.

• Monitor, assess, and report on partnership performance, pipeline impact, and overall business effects.

• Represent ProFinda at industry events, partner meetings, and joint customer sessions to foster long-term credibility and enhance brand recognition.

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and industry dynamics to proactively discover new partnership opportunities.

• Assist in account growth by guiding partners through ProFinda’s platform and value proposition, particularly in areas such as resource optimization, AI scheduling, and workforce planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or professional services settings.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing high-impact partnerships with large enterprises or global consulting firms.

• Experience collaborating with or within professional services organizations (e.g., Big 4 or large system integrators) is highly desirable.

• Excellent relationship-building skills with the capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

• Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market strategies, partner enablement plans, and co-selling initiatives.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial atmosphere.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex value propositions clearly.

• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting partnership performance data and identifying avenues for growth.

• Familiarity with various verticals and an understanding of how to customize value for different industries.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and joint engagements as required.
