Partnerships & Engagement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• **ROLE FOCUS**

• Manages the complete partnership process, which includes identifying suitable donor and CSR organizations, as well as establishing and finalizing those connections. Collaborates closely with the Comm & Outreach Lead to produce the necessary materials and subsequently executes the outreach and relationship-building efforts.

• **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• - Conduct and supervise market research to identify and prioritize potential donor and CSR organizations.

• - Develop and implement the outreach strategy for all institutional partnership targets.

• - Build, maintain, and expand a pipeline of donor and CSR relationships.

• - Represent Proximity Foundation during partner discussions, meetings, and negotiations.

• - Inform the Comm & Outreach Lead of the required partnership materials and timelines.

• - Oversee and support the Market Research and Partnership Outreach sub-roles.

• - Report on the progress and outcomes of the partnership pipeline to the Operations Manager.
