This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Direct the strategy and progression of significant Tier 1 national partnerships across the US.
• Establish profound, transparent, and trustworthy long-term relationships with partners.
• Negotiate and address operational and contractual issues using data-driven insights.
• Serve as the main liaison between partners and internal teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Ops).
• Proactively assess data to develop proposals and implement contract modifications.
• Represent the North American supply landscape in dialogues with the Executive Leadership Team.
• Motivate and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues.
• Over 8 years of experience in senior-level Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales positions.
• Strategic thinker capable of balancing the needs of external partners with internal business limitations.
• High-level negotiator with a demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations with C-suite executives.
• Adaptable and industry-agnostic, welcoming applicants from outside the fitness sector who bring innovative perspectives.
• Collaborative and dependable partner recognized for building trust through transparency and consistent follow-through.
• Data-driven with robust analytical skills to pinpoint risks and uncover new value opportunities.
• AI-oriented mindset, actively incorporating generative AI and modern automation tools into work processes.
