This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Proactively identify, research, and establish connections with key contacts at CRMs, MLSs, and other listing data providers worldwide to expand Properstar's affiliate network.
• Create and present persuasive pitches for the Properstar Affiliate Program, customized to meet the unique requirements and structure of each potential partner.
• Manage and update the CRM and partners pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring that all deal stages, contact information, and activities are current and precise.
• Keep a thorough and up-to-date master list of all active partnerships, clearly indicating whether each is a partial or full partnership.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Integrations teams to ensure alignment on the structure and terms of new partnerships.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales coordination, or a similar client-facing position.
• Proficiency in using a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, for managing pipelines and tracking outreach efforts.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple priorities at once.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
