This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on potential clients prior to discovery calls to identify how our services can assist in achieving their goals.

• Engage with potential clients—usually founders, operators, or clinicians—providing guidance on how to establish their practices in a compliant manner.

• Assist clients in gaining clarity on their requirements for launching and scaling, while demonstrating how we can facilitate this process.

• Assess client needs and propose solutions to ensure compliance while enabling business growth.

• Define partnership agreements with prospective clients, aligning on the scope of our work, pricing, and timelines.

• Successfully close deals by addressing critical concerns, confirming next steps, and preparing clients for an effortless onboarding experience.

• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication to provide continuous support and ensure satisfaction.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, building trust, enhancing engagement, and instilling confidence in individuals launching their practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Operationally proficient, demonstrating a high level of daily productivity and accuracy in execution.

• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of achieving precision in every aspect.
