This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to manage the entire partner lifecycle at MDS, starting from discovering and securing new partners to ensuring smooth operations thereafter.
• In terms of sales, you will actively seek out and present potential partners, including brands, SaaS tools, service providers, and experts that meet the needs of MDS members, guiding them from initial contact to signed agreements across affiliates, event sponsorships, and community offerings.
• On the operations front, you will oversee partner onboarding, contract management, the partner database, the weekly newsletter, MDSONLY offers, deliverable tracking, affiliate commissions, and community intelligence reporting.
• Once you secure a partner, your role will be to ensure their ongoing success. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both cold outreach emails and database management, taking pride in maintaining a partner ecosystem where every detail is accounted for and current.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or a role with a heavy focus on operations coordination where you independently managed multiple workstreams and partner relationships.
• Proven ability to manage both ends of a partnership, from bringing in new partners through outreach and sales to ensuring their continued success with organized follow-through and execution of deliverables.
• Excellent written communication skills, enabling you to draft partner outreach, onboarding messages, newsletters, and follow-ups that are clear, professional, and aligned with our brand.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (such as Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Sign Now, or similar) for tracking outreach, contracts, deliverables, and partner statuses. You maintain clean systems and utilize them for informed decision-making.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing contracts, deliverables, databases, affiliate programs, and partner communications simultaneously without oversight.
• Proactive and self-motivated in a remote-first setting. You identify necessary actions and execute them without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to synthesize community content, draft communications, and generate insights.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least three times a year for events, partner meetings, or industry conferences.
