This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with our referral partners, such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
• Conducting outbound calls to engage with warm contacts who have previously collaborated with Juno.
• Collecting feedback and guiding them through our referral process.
• Transforming suitable contacts into active referrers.
• Clarifying how Juno operates and setting clear expectations.
• Evaluating whether potential partners align well with Juno's objectives.
• Serving as the relationship manager for your partners.
• Tracking referral activities, including lead flow and conversion metrics.
• Aiming to meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
• At ease with making outbound calls to establish and cultivate business relationships.
• Proven experience in building or managing ongoing relationships with external partners or clients.
• Background in working towards targets or KPIs related to business growth, partnerships, or revenue generation.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for a pipeline and being accountable for its success.
• Experience in conveyancing, estate agency, mortgage brokerage, or none of the aforementioned fields.
