This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of prospect research, sourcing contacts, and building Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) lists for targeted brands and retailers.
• Conduct high-volume outreach on a daily basis utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Develop and refine outbound messaging sequences aimed at securing pitch calls and driving sign-ups.
• Assist in scheduling demos and ensure the CRM remains organized, preventing any opportunities from slipping through the cracks.
• Provide regular updates on outreach metrics including open rates, response rates, meetings scheduled, and conversions.
• Act as the initial point of contact for incoming partner inquiries and account verification requests.
• Keep partner account records accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate partner communications and follow-ups to ensure relationships progress smoothly.
• Help verify and onboard inbound partners efficiently and correctly.
• Maintain current and accurate CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Support Apollo list-building and outreach operations.
• Assist with revenue and pipeline reporting for leadership reviews.
• Create and maintain collections of partner demos, including garment uploads and image generation support.
• Conduct quality assurance testing, voting, and validation on demo assets prior to their launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and applied machine learning teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Keep a tidy and updated tracker for demo collections.
• Manage partner initiatives from start to finish, including sourcing, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to bring partnership activations to fruition.
• Develop co-marketing assets and effectively communicate the story of new partnerships both internally and externally.
• Assist with broader workback calendars and cross-functional coordination to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Contribute to event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences and industry events.
• Help with on-site lead capture, conversation tracking, and follow-up in the CRM post-event.
• Aid in producing event recap notes and ROI reports for leadership.
• A recent graduate or someone with 0 to 2 years of experience in business, fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of AI and fashion.
• A proactive self-starter who identifies and addresses gaps without needing direction.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to operate swiftly in a startup setting.
• A strong communicator capable of crafting concise outreach emails and holding their own in partner meetings.
• A highly responsive and proactive communicator; this remote-first position relies on clear and timely written and verbal communication through Slack, email, and video calls to keep partners and the team aligned; being easily reachable and quick to respond is crucial.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, particularly when managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Bonus: experience with Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/outreach tools.
• Bonus: established relationships in the fashion, retail, or tech sectors.
• Bonus: fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
