This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, engage, and cultivate relationships with strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and merchant acquisition through partnerships.
• Build and enhance our partnership strategy with agencies focused on e-commerce.
• Lead presentations, alignments, and business meetings with partners.
• Oversee negotiations and structure partnership models (commercial and go-to-market).
• Manage the pipeline of opportunities sourced from partners, tracking performance and outcomes.
• Monitor metrics and success indicators related to partnerships.
• Create and refine materials, processes, and documentation to support the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to maximize impact.
• Represent the company at events, external meetings, and partner visits.
• Experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or business development.
• Understanding of commercial and business processes.
• Proficient in pricing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot), spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Basic technical knowledge (integrations, APIs, or digital products).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Completed or ongoing degree in marketing, communications, business administration, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS.
• Experience collaborating with agencies or within digital ecosystems.
• Active networking within the industry.
• Previous experience in startups or high-growth companies.
• Work 100% remotely from São Paulo.
• International working model.
