Partnerships & Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement strategies for B2B partnerships in the iGaming sector, including collaborations with operators, software providers, and key stakeholders.

• Work closely with clients to utilize networks, obtain referrals, and build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

• Manage listings and enhance visibility on Revpanda’s platforms while coordinating marketing initiatives aimed at B2B audiences.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to uncover partnership opportunities and enhance the affiliate program.

• Perform market research to identify quality services in iGaming and effectively onboard new partnerships.

• Plan and execute marketing activities with partners following agreement signing to optimize collaboration.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in B2B sales and partnerships.

• Strong knowledge of affiliate program development and optimization.

• Capacity to create and modify partnerships based on the strengths and needs of the other party.

• Solid analytical abilities.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in other marketing roles is a plus.

• Proven success in managing affiliate programs and partnerships.

• In-depth understanding of the iGaming landscape and its key players.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Strategic mindset focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in CRM software and other pertinent tools.
