This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with the Editorial team, along with external writers, analysts, and content creators, to ensure timely progression of content through review and publication.
• Implement client feedback and ensure necessary revisions are made before publication.
• Monitor campaign timelines and proactively follow up on any outstanding deliverables.
• Assist in the prompt delivery of partner campaigns across all publishing platforms.
• Serve as the business owner and administrator of the Kevel ad platform, being the primary contact for all Kevel-related matters.
• Set up, traffic, manage, and remove campaigns and ad placements as needed.
• Ensure platform hygiene by maintaining naming conventions, configurations, flight dates, and inventory accuracy.
• Troubleshoot delivery and serving issues, acting as the point of contact for internal teams requiring platform assistance.
• Document processes and keep platform knowledge updated as campaigns and requirements evolve.
• Generate monthly performance reports for campaigns.
• Compile campaign metrics and prepare client-ready reporting presentations.
• Support post-campaign analysis and documentation efforts.
• Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and client presentations.
• Help maintain sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Provide support to the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• You possess a strong capacity for handling a diverse and demanding administrative workload without overlooking details.
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine passion for writing being a significant advantage.
• You have familiarity with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Kevel) or a strong ability to quickly learn and manage one.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation software is preferred.
• Background in financial markets and investing is a bonus, but not essential.
• You are adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
