This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Guide partners from the moment of contract signing to their first live formation within a timeframe of 14 to 30 days.
• Keep a documented health score (formation volume) for each active partner.
• Conduct structured quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and maintain proactive communication touchpoints.
• Oversee the at-risk designation process and manage escalation procedures.
• Approach formation revenue as a baseline rather than a limit; identify opportunities for API expansion (annual reports, ITIN, tax downstream attach).
• Monitor partner-sourced downstream revenue as a primary success metric.
• Represent the voice of the partner in discussions with product, operations, and sales teams.
• Record all custom partner requests along with a repeatability assessment and potential revenue before any engineering triage is initiated.
• Ensure that no partner exits without a documented attempt to retain them.
• Enforce annual contracts according to policy and manage the renewal cycle.
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or partnerships.
• Managed a portfolio of 20+ B2B partners or accounts concurrently (excluding affiliate or referral programs).
• Developed or contributed to a partner onboarding playbook.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with product and engineering teams on API or integration requests.
• Proficient in interpreting API documentation, understanding webhook flows, and conveying integration requirements without serving merely as a technical intermediary.
• Negotiated contract renewals or terms adjustments with B2B partners.
• Exhibited diligence in using HubSpot CRM; logging every partner interaction and maintaining pipeline stages.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Chance to work with a vibrant and innovative company leading the industry.
• A collaborative and supportive team atmosphere with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Competitive compensation package with exceptional prospects for advancement.
• Establishing team values is crucial. We believe it is equally important to identify team non-values. We are stronger in pursuing our mission by considering both values and non-values. Note: Our aim in sharing these openly is to maintain transparency with candidates. We seek to communicate clearly rather than confrontationally.
