This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Seychelles.

• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new IBs, Affiliates, and partners.

• Collaborate with Compliance teams to examine and finalize onboarding documentation, agreements, and due diligence requirements.

• Set up and maintain CPA, rebate, and revenue share structures within CRM platforms.

• Ensure that all partner configurations are consistent with commercial agreements and internal compliance protocols.

• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Compliance, and Operations departments to facilitate seamless operational workflows.

• Supervise partnership operational activities and promptly address onboarding, payment, or commission-related issues.

• Keep precise CRM records and partner databases.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

• Assist with internal reporting and operational tracking associated with partnerships and affiliates.

• Guarantee compliance with AML/CFT and KYC requirements throughout onboarding and operational processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Partnership Operations, Affiliate Management, Compliance Operations, or comparable roles.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, forex, or investment sectors is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and operational workflows.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
