Partnership Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop transparent processes for onboarding partners, activating them, maintaining communication, executing campaigns, reporting, and following up on performance.

• Design internal resources such as playbooks, templates, checklists, and operational workflows to enhance the scalability of the partnership team.

• Oversee communication with partners through Telegram, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other community platforms.

• Generate campaign briefs, newsletters, announcements, promotional content, educational materials, and updates for partners.

• Initiate acquisition campaigns aimed at attracting new affiliates, Introducing Brokers, influencers, community partners, and regional business partners.

• Construct and refine partner acquisition funnels, which include landing pages, lead forms, email sequences, Telegram interactions, and follow-up procedures.

• Assist in partner events, expos, webinars, and local initiatives by providing presentation decks, messaging, booth materials, lead capture strategies, and post-event follow-up.

• Create partner enablement materials such as banners, social media kits, landing pages, product explainers, trading education resources, and regional promotional content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, community management, or growth marketing.

• Background in crypto, CFD, forex, trading, fintech, iGaming, or industries driven by affiliate partnerships.

• In-depth knowledge of affiliates, Introducing Brokers, partner acquisition, and partner activation funnels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage communication across Telegram, WhatsApp, social media platforms, community groups, and partner interactions.

• Strong project management capabilities, adept at coordinating multiple campaigns, regions, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Exceptional written English skills, enabling the creation of clear communication directed at partners.
