• Take ownership and expand our agency and technology/integration partnership programs from start to finish.
• Identify, pitch, and secure new partners that align with our market entry strategy.
• Onboard new partners, equipping them with the essential resources and support needed for success with Softr.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, fostering and nurturing robust relationships with existing partners to promote long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
• Work alongside Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to synchronize partnership initiatives with broader growth goals.
• Establish KPIs, report on partner performance, and swiftly iterate based on effective strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance to pinpoint improvement areas, conduct experiments, and achieve established KPIs for revenue enhancement.
• Represent Softr at industry events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, go-to-market, or business development roles, preferably within a rapidly evolving tech startup or agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and increasing revenue through partnership initiatives or by working with clients as an agency owner or in a similar capacity.
• Strong comprehension of the SaaS/tech landscape and/or agency business models.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive builder’s mindset: a propensity for action, comfort in uncertainty, and a focus on results.
• A solid technical foundation - proficiency in no-code tools is essential.
