📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities**

• Take complete responsibility for all partnerships and contracts you secure within your market across various genres. Develop effective strategies to ensure we offer the best market deals, manage inventory (e.g., ticket allocations), establish commission agreements (where beneficial), and create proposition materials (e.g., social media assets).

• Assist Lifestyle Managers in the Singapore and Hong Kong markets (or those utilizing APAC suppliers) to nurture and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable growth for the future.

• Monitor the performance of partnered suppliers to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality service, while driving enhancements in member satisfaction/NPS and operational efficiencies.

• Analyze redemption, data analytics, and live events demand to ensure alignment with member preferences. Use these insights to refine strategies by member group (or client) and region, establishing relationships that foster engagement, acquisition, loyalty, and revenue.

• Collaborate closely with the Global Proposition Director and Content and Marketing teams to ensure all offers and events are maximally promoted to members.

• Stay continuously informed about competitors and their offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

• Work alongside relevant operational teams to ensure awareness and implementation of best practices for ongoing process improvements.

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop a comprehensive strategy for vendor engagement, ensuring teams are updated on changes and new processes.

• Enhance efficiency within entertainment teams (or entertainment requests) by continually developing and refining processes, sharing successes, and implementing strategies from other regions.

• Propose and execute new strategies and campaigns that positively influence member satisfaction/NPS, corporate revenue, and operational efficiencies.

• Contribute to broader strategic goals and support procurement for the global team or wider region under your Director's guidance.

• Collaborate with Client Services and Regional Business Development Managers on all client-related matters, including support on new business proposals.

• Be available to lead, maintain, and support established client and member relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• **We are looking for someone who is:**

• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese at a professional level.

• Experienced in procuring and managing Live Entertainment relationships (across multiple levels such as promoters, ticketing platforms, venues), including benefits and offers, contract management, and negotiation.

• Possesses a broad understanding of key global brands and partners across various lifestyle industries (retail, dining), though this is not essential.

• Capable of initiating and leading new business initiatives and proposals, ensuring alignment with Live Entertainment and general proposition objectives.

• Skilled in people management, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in others, whether they are direct reports or colleagues, effectively communicating to achieve the best results.

• Demonstrates experience in a customer-focused industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Proficient in project management, capable of navigating complex global projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Experienced in account management, able to engage with senior stakeholders to build trust and loyalty, ensuring delivery on all agreed requirements and serving as a point of escalation while presenting new business initiatives.

• Able to develop and implement strategy within the Live Entertainment sector, leveraging performance data, industry insight, and leadership skills to make informed decisions.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at an independent, competent, professional level.

• Experienced in marketing and utilizing social media to promote and enhance the usage of negotiated assets and propositions.

• A role model of best practices in leadership, fostering a culture of success and professionalism.

• Proven track record in negotiating and securing relationships, offers, or events, or in managing a sales/negotiation team.

• Exhibits a natural commercial drive and innovative thinking, always seeking new opportunities and creative solutions with partnerships, clients, or internal stakeholders. A natural networker who can devise and implement initiatives that positively affect the team and business.

• Passionate about working in a member-centric business that prioritizes customer service and commercial success.

• Enthusiastic about motivating and developing talent.

• A natural communicator who ensures their team and colleagues are kept informed and considers the best ways to tailor communication to individuals rather than sending generic emails and reports.

• Demonstrates strong people management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders and colleagues across departments, recognized as a supportive and effective team member, especially during high-pressure situations.
