• Develop and expand a revenue-generating portfolio of agency, affiliate, and solution partners.
• Identify and create new partnership opportunities through marketplaces, ecosystem listings (such as Zendesk and Shopify), outbound outreach, and conferences.
• Represent Tidio at industry events.
• Manage partner onboarding and activation processes.
• Cultivate and enhance long-term relationships with partners to promote retention and growth.
• Monitor partner performance, referrals, and milestone bonuses.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and deliver regular reports on partner pipeline and revenue contributions.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to validate payouts and guarantee precise commission processing.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships.
• Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
• Excellent outbound prospecting skills and a proven track record of sourcing new partners independently.
• Competence in conducting commercial discovery calls and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
• Experience in working towards revenue targets and managing a partner pipeline.
• Previous experience representing the company at industry events, conferences, or fairs.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV) and partner performance tracking.
