• Engage proactively at the field level with Partners to advocate for Thomson Reuters products.
• Create business plans and playbooks to facilitate the execution of objectives both internally and externally.
• Manage relationships at various levels within the Partner organization.
• Oversee the partner sales pipeline and deliver precise forecasts to management.
• Provide updates on progress towards plans, activities, and partner performance metrics.
• Lead and contribute to regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Partner leadership.
• Discover growth opportunities to address needs and develop competitive solutions.
• Direct a global virtual team across Thomson Reuters.
• A BA/BS degree is required, along with 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic account management.
• A minimum of 5 years of global industry experience, preferably working for or selling to the Top 100 U.S. accounting firms.
• Experience collaborating with systems integrators and technology consultancies.
• Outstanding consultative selling, strategic account planning, and relationship management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with agility and resourcefulness as a self-starter.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
• Global experience across diverse markets is highly preferred.
