Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete implementation and execution of Network Solutions projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

• Oversee the creation and management of project schedules, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.

• Monitor progress, evaluate risks, and proactively address challenges while coordinating solutions to guarantee successful results.

• Manage ongoing client expectations in the life sciences sector, including regular check-ins, status updates, and the organization of quarterly business reviews.

• Act as a primary point of contact with health system partners for limited distribution network opportunities, working closely with client success teams to facilitate enrollment and onboarding, ensure compliance with network participation requirements, and lead engagement initiatives with health systems.

• Assist various Network Solutions projects typical of an incubator setting, encompassing new solution and partnership development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience collaborating with or within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.

• Experience with Health Systems Strategic Partnerships (HSSP) and a PharmD is strongly preferred.

• 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare client success.

• Proven project management skills.
