This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• We are seeking our inaugural dedicated Partnerships Manager for Claap.
• You will establish the framework, acquisition strategies, onboarding processes, and pipeline generation for this channel from the ground up.
• You will report directly to the VP of Partnerships & Ecosystem at lemlist, with a focus solely on Claap.
• This role has been created to drive change. Three key traits define the partner strategy we aim to develop:
• - It prioritizes channel relationships over influencer connections.
• - It is driven by pipeline quotas.
• - It connects to the future of B2B SaaS distribution.
• Your reporting structure: You will report directly to the VP of Partnerships & Ecosystem at lemlist, dedicated exclusively to Claap's partner initiatives.
• You will maintain direct working relationships with Pierre (Co-founder & CRO) and Robin (Co-founder & CEO) regarding partner strategy and product insights.
• A strong commercial acumen, fluency in ecosystems, and a genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI. The specific background is less critical than the overall combination.
• A. The operator-builder. 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS as a senior Account Executive, senior Customer Success Manager, or RevOps consultant. You have personally sourced pipeline and are eager to lead the partnership function. Ideal candidates may come from Spendesk, Aircall, PayFit, or Modjo.
• B. The partnerships native. 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships or channel roles, with a quota linked to partner-sourced pipeline.
• Proven track record in channel/partnership roles OR fluency in Sales coaching and RevOps.
• Co-selling instinct. You have conducted pipeline reviews with partners and successfully converted them into deals.
• Passion for product and AI/agentic technologies. Experience with Claude, Dust, MCP. You can effectively present Claap as a "context provider for AI agents."
• Commercial acumen. Proficient in ROI analysis, partner economics, and commission structures.
• An operational mindset. You develop systems (HubSpot, dashboards, MAPs) rather than just foster relationships.
• Active presence in the ecosystem. Connected within the French sales/RevOps/AI community.
• Bilingual. Fluent in business French and proficient in English. Native English speakers are not required.
• Alignment with the lemlist ecosystem. Comfortable operating autonomously while reporting to a VP function.
• A position offering genuine ownership: including title, scope, and quota.
