This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and secure new partnerships: Actively seek out, propose, and establish new collaborations with dispensaries.
• Broaden in-network presence: Propel the growth of Leafwell’s dispensary network across important markets.
• Enhance patient engagement: Develop partnerships that boost patient awareness, education, and onboarding processes.
• Cultivate connections with decision-makers: Interact with dispensary owners, operators, and key stakeholders by presenting a compelling value proposition.
• Monitor and report outcomes: Keep precise CRM records, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and provide updates on performance against KPIs (including new partners and whale/dolphin/minnow statuses).
• Remain informed about industry trends: Stay updated on cannabis market dynamics, competitor approaches, and regulatory changes to uncover new opportunities.
• Travel to connect with dispensary partners, participate in industry events, and reinforce local relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (experience in the cannabis sector is highly preferred).
• Proven track record in successfully closing partnerships and consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable systems).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• A genuine commitment to Leafwell’s mission: enhancing the accessibility, understanding, and integration of cannabis into healthcare.
• A well-established network within the cannabis industry (including dispensaries, MSOs, and brands).
• Experience in structuring and negotiating intricate deals.
• A strategic mindset capable of transforming partnerships into high-value “whale” accounts.
• Proficient in Google Suite and project management applications.
