This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Identify and engage with high-potential partners within the West African market.
• Oversee the complete partnership lifecycle, from the initial conversation to signed agreements and revenue generation.
• Manage and enhance an existing portfolio of partners through regular interactions and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams in sales, technical support, and legal to successfully close and onboard partners and their clients.
• Gather market intelligence and relay insights back to the leadership team in Africa.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within fintech, payments, RegTech, or a related field.
• A robust existing network in West Africa, especially in Nigeria; experience in Francophone West Africa is an advantage.
• A proven history of establishing partnerships that resulted in revenue rather than mere introductions.
• Comfortable engaging at the C-suite level and proficient in independently managing commercial negotiations.
• Self-motivated, productive, and accountable.
