This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist School Assessment in effectively delivering and fulfilling designated programs.

• Oversee multiple projects or a larger initiative within a program.

• Engage with customers, vendors, cross-functional teams, and subcontractors to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Build and sustain relationships with both internal resources and external clients.

• Provide prompt customer service and act as the primary point of contact on a daily basis.

• Manage projects through their initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure phases.

• Maintain project plans, customer requirements, schedules, and program documentation.

• Coordinate stakeholders and allocate resources to achieve project objectives.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project deliverables.

• Assist in implementing statements of work and contracts.

• Oversee project scope, timeline, costs, risks, and change management.

• Identify opportunities for process and quality enhancements and initiate cost-reduction strategies.

• Assess project performance, recognize variances, take corrective measures, and communicate outcomes.

• Execute tasks outlined in the project plan and fulfill customer deliverables.

• Prepare and present program status and risk reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in new business initiatives, including statements of work and change requests.

• Support financial reviews and documentation to ensure contracts remain within budget and margin expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• 2-3 years of experience in a project management capacity.

• PMP certification or a solid understanding and application of Project Management Institute (PMI) principles is preferred.

• Workplace flexibility is essential.

• Capability to make decisions with limited information.

• Ability to juggle multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Extensive experience in customer service and project management.

• Comprehension of team dynamics with the ability to cultivate a positive team atmosphere.

• Strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and facilitation abilities.

• Skills in developing and delivering presentations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.

• Some travel may be required.
