This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with Insider One's global offices to enhance partnership practices, expand the partner portfolio, develop go-to-market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and manage partnerships effectively.
• Oversee your pipeline and generate leads for Insider One's global offices as well as the Insider One Partner Network.
• Create success plans to promote agency-wide adoption and growth of Insider One among clients of channel partners.
• Work with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and the Partner Success Team, to enhance Insider One's channel growth.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and present the Insider One Partner Program.
• A BS/BA degree is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in partner sales and business development.
• Familiarity with the B2B SaaS business model.
• Experience in a SaaS company (preferably MarTech) and managing relationships with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators.
• Proven success in managing executive relationships with channel partners, including agencies and ISVs.
• Capability to set clear objectives with channel partners and formulate plans to meet those objectives.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both large and small channel partners.
• Strong analytical skills to swiftly grasp complex issues and apply simplified frameworks for organizational decision-making and alignment.
• Highly results-driven, with the ability to produce high-quality, customer-facing materials, such as presentations and datasheets.
• Excellent project management capabilities, with the skill to handle multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
