This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Become a reliable authority on our treatment models, mission, and services.
• Effectively convey the value of our care models to healthcare professionals, behavioral health providers, justice-involved agencies, employers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Identify, create, and nurture strategic referral partnerships that enhance access to treatment and promote sustainable member growth.
• Develop standardized referral pathways that enable partners to quickly connect individuals to our rapid intake process.
• Seek new partnership opportunities through networking, community engagement, presentations, conferences, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Establish trust with key community stakeholders while raising awareness of both organizations during the integration phase.
• Take ownership of territory performance by crafting and implementing market-specific growth strategies.
• Set up clear referral pathways that facilitate rapid access to care and enhance conversion rates from referral to intake.
• Track referral trends, partnership performance, and market opportunities utilizing CRM data and performance metrics.
• Keep precise documentation of partnership activities, pipeline management, and referral outcomes within CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho).
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, outreach, account management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing new business relationships while sustaining long-term strategic partnerships.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to independently manage a territory and prioritize competing tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically a 50M download and 10M upload package or higher, as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
• Must satisfy pre-employment requirements and adhere to all relevant state and job-related guidelines for background screening.
• Travel throughout New Hampshire as necessary to support partnership development and community engagement.
• Utilize data and community insights to prioritize outreach initiatives and maximize impact.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for both organizations during the integration process.
